ATOC is able to offer English Language instruction for individuals and for companies that wish to promote enhanced English skills in their staff. The following is covered in the adult language course or can be covered in tailor made courses.

• General Business English: covering the basics of business conducted in English
• Telephone Etiquette: covering general principles with extensive practice regarding conventions, pronunciation and company specific strategies.
• Customer Core: covering routine matters, complaints and problem solving.
• Secretarial English: with a focus on written English for external correspondence formal and informal.
• Job Applications: covering the whole process from application to interview.
• Academic English for students studying degree courses in English in Thailand or prior to commencing an overseas degree.

We are also able to offer English support for specific client groups for example banking, medical and the hotel/hospitality industry.

At ATOC we are used to teaching using an individualized approach therefore amending course content to make it. In order to be available for companies there can be flexibility on the timings.
